2011 Penghu Fireworsk Festival will be held on 25th April to 30th June 2011 at Guanyingting Park, Penghu, Taiwan(Fireworks display – Starts at 21:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays during the festival)

For the eighth straight year, Penghu Fireworks Festival is set to light up Penghu’s beautiful night skies during the festival. Every year, huge numbers turned up to Taiwan’s Penghu to witness the spectacular firework shows that Penghu Fireworks Festival has to offer. This year, firework shows are scheduled to be on display on every Mondays and Thursdays, 21:00pm till 21:15pm during the festival period.

With the celebration of Taiwan’s 100th year, the festival also extended their festival period to 2 months, from 25th April to 30th June. The officials said by doing this, the public will have more flexibility in arranging their Penghu fireworks festival trip with their family and friends. Let alone the amazing fireworks display, there are also various shows, activities and stage performances for the public to participate in.
One of this year’s highlights is the stage performance by the famous Taiwanese band “May day”, will be joining the festival to bring the most unforgettable Penghu Fireworks Festival experience in Taiwan!
