The Chemical Mixer Machine for sparklers mixes and sifts the sparkler chemical. It uses a Siemens PLC control system with a touch screen, and the settings are easy to make with stable performance and comprehensive protection. It is built by YOVON, a fireworks machinery manufacturer in Liling, Hunan, China.

Key Features

Operation notes
When a fault alarm appears, open the control cabinet door and look at the top row of the phase protection device. The lit indicator shows the cause, which is 1 for undervoltage, 2 for overload, 3 for phase fault and 4 for normal work. Then contact the relevant personnel or the factory technicians.
To set the mixing time, tap Mixing on the touch screen and enter the seconds on the numeric keyboard, for example 1, 0, 0 and then ENT for 100 seconds. Mixing and sifting run at the same time. When mixing is completed, sifting continues for another 20 seconds, and the filling time is added to complete the process. On the upgraded model the sifting time follows the mixing time setting automatically.
